BY BOOKING THAT MAGIC MOMENT FOR YOUR EVENT. YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

That Magic Moment provides behind-the-scenes content creation for events such as weddings, parties, and brand experiences.

This includes vertical (portrait) video and photo content captured on a smartphone or compact camera for use on social media platforms.

Please note: We are not a replacement for professional photography or videography

2. BOOKING & PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the contract and forefiture of your deposit.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit and a completed contract.

3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will not incur further charges, but the deposit remains non-refundable.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may incur a fee up to 50% of the total booking cost.

If you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate based on availability, this may incur an additional fee which will be discussed at the time.

4. COVERAGE & DELIVERABLES

Coverage time is based on the agreed package.

Deliverables include short-form vertical video clips and highlight reels, with final content delivered via a private online folder.

Typical delivery is within 24 - 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed.

5. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & USAGE

That Magic Moment retains the right to use any content captured for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients will receive usage rights for personal and social media sharing.

Commercial clients (eg. brands) may require additional usage licensing - this will be discussed at booking.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

In the unlikely event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, technical issues), That Magic Moment will:

Attempt to find a suitable replacement content creator (if possible). OR

Refund all fees paid.

7 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

It is your responsibility to ensure we have access to the venue, timeline details, and any restrictions (e.g. venue rules, no filming zones).

You are responsible for informing your photographer and/or videographer that a content creator will be present during the event.

Our expectation is that we are part of a team and are there to capture the magic of your big day together.

8. EXTRAS & ADD-ONS

Add-ons (e.g. rush delivery, tik-tok edits/trends, extra hours) must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the event and are subject to availability.

Payment for add ons is due before final content delivery.

9. EDITING STYLE & CLIENT EXPECTATIONS

All content is edited in the signature That Magic Moment style fun, romantic, candid, and vertical first.

Feedback is welcome, but major re-edits or style changes may incur an additional fee.
